Infinite Wellbeing & Beauty value your time and hope that you value mine, too. Your appointments are important to me and they are reserved especially for you.
Understandably sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling.
Please understand that if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to offer that appointment time to other clients wanting appointments.
Cancellation & non attendance charges as follows:
• Less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full cost of treatments booked.
• Less than 48 hours, 75% of the full treatment value booked.
• Less than 72 hours, 65% of the full treatment value booked.
• Less than 96 hours, 50% of the full treatment value booked.
• If you fail to show for the appointment without advising, your treatment(s) will be charged at full cost.
Any requests to reduce your treatment time less than 48 hours prior to your appointment may result in a pro rata treatment charge of the requested treatment booked.
Late arrivals will result in your treatment being shortened with no reduction of treatment cost. In some instances it may not be possible to carry out your treatment due to the lack of time.
You will be expected to pay in full for the treatment booked.
Late cancellation and non attendance fees must be settled within 2 days of the appointment date. You may be asked to settle these charges before further appointments are made.
You may be asked to pay in advance for future appointments.
Also we reserve the right to remove any pre booked appointments if charges are not settled.
Infinite Wellbeing & Beauty know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months in advance,
so as a courtesy all clients will receive appointment reminders at least 72 to 48 hours in advance by phone, text or Whatsapp asking you to confirm your appointment.

Our Gift Vouchers can be redeemed on all treatments and products.
All vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash & no change will be given.
If the full value of the gift voucher is not redeemed in full, you can carry the balance over and redeem within the gift voucher's validation period.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Infinite Wellbeing & Beauty do not accept liability for lost gift vouchers.
It may be possible to extend your gift voucher for a further month at a cost of £5. Unfortunately it is not possible to extend your gift voucher longer than a month.
Please remember to bring it with you and hand it to your therapist on arrival. Unfortunately, if you are unable to produce a physical, valid gift voucher or e-voucher, you will be required to pay the full treatment amount.
