A one-off treatment will achieve visible results.
For optimum results aim for a series of 3 to 6 treatments, spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart.
There is mild to moderate discomfort, with a post treatment downtime of 24 to 48 hours.

All treatments include an LED mask session and mini after care kit.
This ensures your skin is cared for correctly, and to maximise the results from your treatment.
Your skin will continue to age with time, therefore to maintain your healthy and rejuvenated skin, it is important that you have a microneedling treatment every 6 to 12 months.
Post Treatment
After microneedling your skin loses water, as a result of the needles pricking your skin.
It is not unusual for your skin to appear red, feel dry, and for lines to appear worse for the first few days after treatment. Any wrinkle that develops quickly after treatment is temporary.
You must keep your skin hydrated using your home care kit.
If you are susceptible to cold sores, you may find that you have a breakout following treatment.
When having microneedling treatment patience is key!
After Care
We advise you to:
- Avoid the sun
- Use SPF 3 days post treatment
- Avoid hot baths and showers
We advise you NOT to:
- Touch your skin, unless to cleanse or apply product
- Use 'active' skincare products (Retinols, AHAs, acids) until at least 14 days post treatment
- Use make-up for 24-48 hours after treatment
- Do strenuous exercise - sweating can enable bacteria to enter the channels created during the treatment
- Use a sauna or steamroom
- Swim in the sea or in a pool for at least 5 days post treatment
Microneedling is unsuitable for anyone who has/is:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Used Roaccutane in the last 6 months
- Taking any blood thinners (e.g. Warfarin, Rivaroxaban)
- Had radiation therapy in the last 12 months
- Active cold sores or skin infections
- Open cuts, abrasions or wounds to the face or neck
- Keloid or hypertrophic scars
- Poor wound healing or skin numbness
